Pet Boarding

At Lake Pointe Veterinary Hospital, we understand that your pet is family. That’s why our boarding services are designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and fun environment where your pet can thrive while you’re away. Our dedicated team follows a structured daily routine to ensure your pet receives the care, attention, and activity they need to feel right at home.

A Day in the Life at Our Boarding Facility

We start each day bright and early at 7:00 AM to give your pet the best possible experience. Here’s what a typical day looks like for our furry guests:

Morning Routine: The day begins with a refreshing walk as one of our team members takes the dogs out to stretch their legs while another prepares a nutritious breakfast. After they’ve eaten, we thoroughly clean their enclosures, ensuring a fresh and sanitary space for them to relax in.

Mid-Morning Activities: Once the cleaning is complete, it’s time for another walk to keep your pet active and engaged. We then perform essential tasks like mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning drains to maintain a spotless environment. During this time, we also refill water bowls to ensure your pet stays hydrated.

Lunch and More Fun: After a quick walk, your pet enjoys a break before lunch. Post-lunch, we clean the outdoor runs and other areas to keep everything tidy. Then, it’s time for another walk to burn off some energy before dinner is prepared.

Evening Care: About an hour after dinner, we take your pet for their final walk of the day. We refill their water bowls for the night, double-check that all kennels and doors are secure, and leave soft music playing to create a calming atmosphere—ensuring it’s not too quiet while they settle in for the night. We wrap up at 7:00 PM, leaving your pet cozy and content.
